Sargent Corporation is a company of individuals who share an uncommon drive to participate in the community. From coaching ball teams to donating company time and resources to build an entire athletic facility -- supporting the towns we live in and serve is something we all believe in.

The spirit of giving that infuses the organization doesn't stop with hands-on participation and volunteerism. The Sargent team routinely donates more annually for the United Way of Eastern Maine Campaign than companies many times its size. And the Sargent team knows when you contribute to the United Way, you join other caring people to strengthen and improve the lives of those in your community.

Sargent Corporation's United Way 2010 Campaign was a great success. Employees together with the company's match raised $127,196. Thanks to outstanding efforts of employee campaign chairs, generosity of all employees, and Sargent Corporation's contributions to United Way, the Sargent team continues to give hope to those in need.

In efforts to make the holidays brighter for local children, Sargent Corporation delivered 150 toys to Toys for Tots on behalf of the Sargent employees.

Sargent employees regularly participate at leadership or team levels on a wide variety of industry and public boards and committees in the business community.
