Description/Significance
The work consisted 163,000 cy of excavation, 56,000 cy of 10–7 clay, 27,900 cy of leachate stone, 3,500 lf of leachate collection pipe, and 270,000 sf of 6 mil rain cap. All of the liner work was handled by the owner.
