Description/Significance
Project included removal of 103,000 yards of surcharge, creating the building pad for the new store, all excavation for the parking lots, and installation of 6 StormTech systems underneath the parking lots to handle runoff.
Project also included installation of 3,500 feet of water line, 1,300 feet of sewer line, one mile of storm drain, and some minor retaining walls.
Complied with very strict storm water pollution prevention program requirements.
