Description/Significance
This project required reclaiming the 5,600’ long, 150’ wide runway.
56,600 yards of sub-base material was moved in the regarding process.
After the runway was regarded, 18,000 yards of base material was blended using 4 hoppers on site, then was placed on the runway, and compacted to 100% density.
Project also included 25,000 tons of pavement, 80,000 square feet of striping, and 18,000 cubic yards of topsoil and seeding.
