Description/Significance
This 90 acre shopping center when completed will include anchor stores such as Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, Shopper’s World along with numerous other restaurants and retail stores.

This project required over 1 million yards of earth moved to balance the site. In addition the widening of Route 610/Garrisonville Road and Staffordsboro Blvd. was required to accommodate the new shopping center.

Sitework includes 1,200,000 cy of excavation
8000 ft of sanitary sewer, 17,000 ft of storm drain, 10,000 ft of waterline
45,000 ft of curb and gutter
175,000 sy of stone base
